Payment policy

Payment must be completed before any work will be done. No form of online advertising will be displayed until Maxemise Ltd has received cleared funds.

Payment is taken before each period of advertising, unless otherwise discussed and agreed.

Payment will be accepted in Euros or GBP by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

Credit / debit cards which Maxemise Ltd accepts are:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • JCB

Cancellation Policy

Maxemise Ltd does not ask clients to sign contracts. PPC, Facebook and SEO marketing runs from month to month with each period of marketing being one month in duration. Maxemise Ltd will not proceed to advertise or market in subsequent months unless payment in full has been received, unless otherwise discussed and agreed.

Once an advertising or marketing campaign has started it cannot be cancelled.

Maxemise Ltd will contact clients to ask if they want to continue with marketing or advertising towards the end of each month, unless otherwise agreed, or unless the client has entered into a Recurring Payments arrangement.

Recurring Payments

If a client has entered into a recurring payment arrangement then two (2) full working days notice  is required, in writing, via e-mail, to cancel before the forthcoming subscription payment is taken. If two (2) full working days notice of cancellation is not given in writing, via e-mail, to cancel before the forthcoming subscription payment is taken then payment will automatically be taken and Maxemise Ltd will continue advertising and or marketing for the customer.

Refund Policy

If service paid for is not delivered within 24 working hours a full refund of any monies paid will be given. And services will be holted unless otherwise agreed Refunds can take up to five 5 working days to process and will be refunded only onto the card used for the initial transaction.

If you are not completely satisfied, you will be served the un-served portion of your subscription.
